Paul Baribeau

Pretty surprised to see that I didn't post any Paul Baribeau. Not the typical math rock/emo whatever type of stuff we usually post. Paul Baribeau plays folk punk. We can all relate to these songs in one way or another and that's why I'm really into it.

Something Plan-It-X said about him: "Many reviewers call paul brutally honest. he hates it, but it's true. he sings from the heart about things we all understand. he sings about family problems, loneliness, broken hearts, crushes, romances etc. he will destroy you, if you're a human."

Laura Stevenson and The Cans

Well, this was requested, and I'll upload the other album I have soon. Anyways, Laura Stevenson and The Cans are really a nice to listen to little group. I have a crush on her voice and would let her sing to me without feeling awkward and dry. Enjoy.

Marquette

Two of these dudes are in Penpal. "Marquette is a band from Morton, Illinois that played from 2005-2007." These jams are pretty nice to listen to. I'm sure you'll agree.

Oatmeal

This is Oatmeal, they're a four-piece band out of California. They're defunct. They gave this music for free. That's really all, they spread out into a bunch of new projects and I didn't take the time to hunt each and every member down, sorry.

Dinosaur Eggs

Football, etc.

Well, happy 2010. I've been pretty busy not blogging but I decided that I'd up something for you guys and girls out there.

Football, etc. is a two girls one guy sandwich of a band band out of Houston, TX. They play some emo sounding stuff and it's good enough to post about so I'm posting about it. Maybe I'll post something more manly later like Jack Black or something. So anyways, this one goes out especially to the ladies out there ;).
